All ShapeGrabber® systems include a one year parts-and-labor warranty on hardware and a subscription to our software 
maintenance program. During this time, you receive full access to e-mail and phone support from our applications engineers.

If you would like send in your scan head(s) for annual recalibration, please contact us beforehand to receive an RMA number and detailed shipping instructions.
