Pierre Aubrey Joins Company as Vice President - Sales and Marketing

Ottawa, Ontario - December 1, 2001 - ShapeGrabber Incorporated, a leader in the design and manufacture of Industrial 3D Inspection Systems, announced today that Pierre Aubrey has joined the company as Vice President, Sales and Marketing, to spear head the marketing and sale of the company's industrial inspection systems.

In making the announcement, Mr. Marc Bisson, President and CEO said "Pierre brings tremendous value to ShapeGrabber with his project management and goals oriented approach to business. His previous experience managing the ShapeGrabber^® product and business development teams will be very useful to us at ShapeGrabber."

In his capacity as Vice President - Sales and Marketing, Mr. Aubrey will be responsible for: developing the marketing strategy required to ensure that industrial manufacturers are aware of the product; establishing the future direction of the ShapeGrabber^® product line; responding to inquiries from ShapeGrabber^® customers; and establishing distribution channels.

Mr. Aubrey brings a diverse experience to ShapeGrabber as a result of previous engineering, product management and marketing roles at Telesat and Vitana Corporation. He has studied at the University of Ottawa and Stanford University and holds undergraduate and post graduate degrees in Physics, Mathematics and Business.
