ShapeGrabber's fifth-generation scanning heads easily mate to the family of ShapeGrabber Inspection systems and interface to ShapeGrabber software products.

Our 3D laser scanning heads feature:

• Point density of 1280 points on a line (X, Z and intensity), using 1.3 MegaPixel Imager
• Data Rate From 18,000 to 100,000+ points per second
• Improved linearity as compared to previous generations
• Improved tolerance to laser intensity differences as compared to previous generations
• Calibration files stored on board
• Reliable design with no moving parts
• Class II eye safe lasers
